Where do we ship to?
We ship to all 50 States in the U.S, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses.
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders within a 24 hour period are processed and shipped at 11a.m. PST. Orders are not shipped during U.S holidays.
Please note: Orders of $400 or more will be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be cancelled without notice. Orders of $150 or more are shipped with signature confirmation (Someone must be available to sign for the package).

USPS service days: Monday - Saturday. If you receive an "order shipped" email when USPS is closed, it means that your order has been processed and it will ship out when USPS reopens.
*We do not guarantee transit times . Shipping fees are nonrefundable. The transit times listed above are estimates. Actual transit times may vary from the estimates listed above. These estimates do not include the time needed to process, package and drop off your order. Orders are shipped in the order that they are received.
APO/FPO: For orders shipped to military addresses, the shipment can take up to 14 days in transit.
***When selecting an expedited shipping method, you are paying for shorter transit time, NOT shorter processing time.***
Order Tracking:Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account.
Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. Our local post office in Los Angeles, CA does not scan packages which may cause a minor delay in shipping updates. Also, USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.
USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of mis-routing or losing a package. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand of our site During signup we'll ask you for your shipping address details including country. If you country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately, we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of your current payments options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

How are replacement parts shipped?
ALL replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.
